Places are still available on our &Law Summer programme of courses on IP and contract drafting subjects.  They are very good value at £350 plus VAT for a full day’s training.  Please let us know if you would like to attend.  Details here.

We are also involved in some courses that are run by other organisations.  Coming up in the next few months are some courses that IP Draughts is running for Management Forum in London:

  1. Technology Licensing Masterclass (16 July 2013);
  2. Drafting International IP Agreements (17 September 2013); and
  3. Drafting and Negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements (29 November 2013)

The last of these courses forms part of Management Forum’s 30th anniversary celebrations, and we understand that there will be some post-event partying.  IP Draughts likes to maintain his dignity, however, and he has had it written into his contract for this event that he will not be required to wear a paper hat.

In December, IP Draughts’ partner, Paul Maclennan, will be giving some introductory-level courses for Management Forum – dates and venues to be confirmed.  They are:

  1. Introduction to Contracts; and
  2. Working through Confidentiality Agreements

Meanwhile, on 10-12 July, Mark, Paul, Stephen and Lisa will be re-running their 3 day course for UCL Advances, Introduction to Business Law. This course is designed for anyone who has recently started, or is considering starting, a new business.
