Vacancies on Law Society IP committee

The Intellectual Property Working Party (IPWP)  – a committee of the Law Society of England and Wales – is recruiting some additional members.

If you are a solicitor working in the IP field and would like to contribute to policy papers and discussions on behalf of solicitors in England and Wales, please consider applying to join the IPWP.

Recent projects on which IPWP has worked have included the Unitary Patent, the Technology Transfer Block Exemption Regulation, the Hargreaves Review, the Law Commission’s forthcoming study on the threats provisions in IP legislation, plain packaging of tobacco products, the small claims jurisdiction of the Patents County Court, the future of OHIM, the performance of the UKIPO, and much, much more!
